1. Multi-State Privacy Notice

This United States State Privacy Rights Notice supplements the main Privacy Policy of MAD Entertainment LLC ("MAD Entertainment," "we," "our") and provides additional disclosures for residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy statutes, including:

  • Virginia (Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act - VCDPA)
  • Colorado (Colorado Privacy Act - CPA)
  • Connecticut (Connecticut Data Privacy Act - CTDPA)
  • Texas (Texas Data Privacy and Security Act - TDPSA)
  • Oregon (Oregon Consumer Privacy Act - OCPA)
  • Utah (Utah Consumer Privacy Act - UCPA)
  • And other US states enacting comprehensive consumer data privacy legislation.

2. Summary of Consumer Privacy Rights

Residents of eligible US states possess statutory rights regarding the personal information collected by MAD Entertainment:

  1. Right to Confirm & Access: You have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data and to obtain a copy of that data in a portable, readily usable format.
  2. Right to Correct: You have the right to correct inaccuracies in your personal data, taking into account the nature and purpose of the processing.
  3. Right to Delete: You have the right to request deletion of personal data provided by or obtained about you, subject to legal and financial retention requirements.
  4. Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising & Profiling: We do not sell personal data, nor do we engage in targeted cross-site advertising or automated profiling with legal effects.
  5. Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against any consumer for exercising their statutory privacy rights.

3. Submitting a State Privacy Request & Appeals Process

A. Submitting a Request

To submit a verified consumer request:

  • Send an email to privacy@madentertainments.net with the subject line "US State Privacy Request".
  • State your state of residence, full name, and registered account email.

B. Appeals Process

If we decline to take action on your request, we will notify you within forty-five (45) days with our written explanation. Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Oregon have the right to appeal our decision within thirty (30) days by emailing privacy@madentertainments.net with the subject "Privacy Decision Appeal".

If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection.
